Avi & Indra got married and had a wonderful celebration at the Coronado Community Center where they held the Wedding Ceremony and Reception – one of many benefits of the CCC.  We were please to have been asked to provide DJ/MC Services and Wedding Lighting & Decor.  The wedding ceremony was held outside in the lawn overlooking the harbor. Cocktails and Hord’d’ouerves were enjoyed on the patio before being escorted inside for the Dinner & Reception.  We lit up the...

Rick and Mandy held their big wedding day at the wonderful Ponte Family Winery in Temecula, CA.  Everything from the ceremony, cocktail hour with photobooth, dinner and dancing through the end of the night went off perfectly and was a night for Rick & Mandy to remember for them and their 160 guests. The ceremony was held outside at the arbor with nearly perfect weather where we provided background music and sound support for the ceremony. Guests were then escorted to the patio for...

It’s not everyday we get to drive onto the airport taxiway to get to an event – at Palomar Airport. Congrats to the Celebrity Poker Championship benefitting the Brees Dream Foundation supporting the {Drew} Brees Dream Foundation for a very successful night! Brenda & Jim Celebrate at the Japanese Friendship Garden

Brenda and Jim held their wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park in San Diego. I was ecstatic when Jim let me know he was engaged to be married! Jim has been in my Running Club for years and I have gotten to know him well. What began early on in the planning process as a “simple” gathering amongst family & friends turned into a wonderful arrangement of good food, song, dance, lighting and atmosphere – and Jim & Brenda...

Ryan & Erin’s Wedding at Cannon’s Dana Point

Ryan and Erin held their seaside wedding at the wonderful Cannon’s Restaurant in Dana Point, CA with high views of the pacific, overlooking the harbor full of sailboats and public parks. It was a great celebration with half of the guests from the “East Coast” while the other half from the “West Coast”. Ryan & Erin were referred from a past couple, Mike & Alison – the best kind of work (Erin’s parents were at a wedding I worked a few years ago.)...

USD Barristers Ball (College Formal) at Paradise Point

They call it the “Law School Senior Prom” but in reality it’s formally called the “Barrister’s Ball”.  It is the USD School of law spring formal held at Paradise Point Resort in San Diego. The planning was pretty simple.  Music?  “Just friggen party music”.  Lighting and Decor?  “We want it to look really cool” .  Cocktail and Dinner was a groovy mix of  lounge, classics and rat pack type of stuff.  Dancing was truly “party...

The event was a huge success and we look forward to working with them in the future! Step & Repeat Banner...

Lindsey & Dru’s Balboa Park Wedding

The Prado in Balboa Park is one of San Diego’s most popular wedding venue and there’s little question as to why.  Dru & Lindsey held their celebration in style and it was a great one!  They were referred by a past couple, Heath & Alexis who were present at the wedding – always great to see past clients! The ceremony was on-site at the Casa Del Rey Moro Gardens where we helped with the Ceremony Sound System, followed by a Cocktail Hour in the Fountain Courtyard which...

Allan and Alison’s Hilton Torrey Pines Wedding

Allan and Alison celebrated their all-inclusive wedding day at the Hilton Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA.  The wedding ceremony was outside an the Parterre Garden followed by a Cocktail Hour inside the Foyer of the Grande Ballroom. We helped light up the room with Blue Uplighting along with a Custom Gobo Monogram that was also further highlighted with custom surrounding light effects.  It really made the otherwise empty air wall really stand out – good thing since the focus point was right...

Step & Repeat Banner for Estancia Hotel & Spa, La Jolla

The Estancia Hotel & Spa of La Jolla held a grand re-opening event after the successful acquisition by Pacific Hospitality Group (PHG). With all big events, a Step & Repeat Banner can really enhance the atmosphere and provide a fun yet classy way for guests to have their snapshot taken.  The banner was strategically setup just past the main lobby entry so guests could have their picture taken right away, yet the placement didn’t clog up the flow of guests. Step & Repeat...
