2014 UCSD EPSE-LAMP Graduation at Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine

The 2014 graduation and reception for UCSD’s EPSE-LAMP programs were held at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. We had the pleasure of providing the Event Planning, Music/Emcee Services, and Event Lighting & A/V Services for the event. Students, guests, sponsors, faculty, staff, and alumni were all present for this graduation and networking event.

This event is special to us as we’ve helped UCSD since 2005 with their formal events and gatherings.

PME’s Open Air PhotoBooth

The evening began with pictures and a poolside reception on the outdoor patio. Pro Motion’s open air studio “photo booth” was a big hit at the 2012 and 2013 graduations, so we had to include it this year, too! Silly props and poses got everyone in a fun mood, and they all stood in front of the custom Step & Repeat banner that we provided. The pictures were printed out and available as parting favors at the end of the event.

Blake Honored

Next everyone moved inside to the ballroom for the presentations. Our own Blake Miller, EPSE class of 2003, was honored with an award! EPSE and LAMP took a moment to thank him for his many contributions to their events and programs over the years.

Overall, the event was a huge success . . . and we’re looking forward to next year’s already.
