The Jenna Druck Foundation held their annual “Girl Power” Gala Fundraiser on a gorgeous private property in Del Mar, CA. We were proud to assist for the 2nd year in a row with this event with a wide range of services again.
Guests were treated to the “Red Carpet” as they entered in front of the Step & Repeat banner that we also supplied.
After being valet’d through the front gates, guests were greeted at the registration & check-in area where Cami, one of the JDF members offered her talents with some singer/songwriter selections. The Red Carpet Step & Repeat banner also provided a “Hollywood” backdrop for initial photographs. Inside the home were a few welcome stations, a bar and an area to highlight the work of the JDF. Entering the back of the property was the main event, including 9 food stations with food from top chefs, restaurants and beverage providers from both US and Mexico. Award Winning Randi Driscoll provided live entertainment on the lit stage as well, while a slide show of photographs and donor logos played on the screen behind. JDF Member McKenzie and her father performed a great rendition of “The Climb” as well.

The formal program included the presentation of The 2011 Spirit of Leadership Award to Maria Assaraf who attended with her family. Dr. Ken Druck, Founder of Jenna Druck Center and his lovely daughter, Stephanie, were there to celebrate the life of his Angel daughter, Jenna, the inspiration for center. UPDATE: A nice article was also written on Giving Scene, here. The event was a huge success, raised alot of awareness and financial support for the center! Congrats to everyone involved, and thanks to the countless hours that were donated and volunteered by many!
It was a pleasure working with Mary Beth of MBK Associates and her Crew once again. It was our 2nd event with MBK in the last week alone!

(To the entire production and vendor team) . . . Words seem almost inadequate to express our utter delight and appreciation with what you all created at my home last night. Every chef, every helper, every member of the tech team… Was so sweet, professional, genuine and eager to please and contribute. I felt like I was a member of a huge family. Definitely the kind of world I want to live in!
I know it was tons of work and a long day and night for all of you (weeks, for some of you!) Thank you for sharing your generosity, your grace, and your talent.

Blake Miller is always amazing, when we produce our events – he becomes part of the team and the entire planning process. He helps in more ways than supplying lighting, audio and graphics. He is extraordinary and so calm and professional! Hence his nickname that I coined is: Mr. Chill….he always has a can do attitude and always gets it done!
