2010 Wedding DJ Package Prices

Wedding Reception Package, 4 hrs
Comprehensive DJ/MC package ideal for the majority of wedding receptions to cover cocktail hour (if applicable within the time period), dinner, dancing and traditional wedding activities such as cake cutting, first dances, bouquet and garter toss, etc.  Includes comprehensive and personal planning services

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package, 6 hrs
Includes the above Reception Package PLUS equipment and services for the wedding ceremony (ceremony and reception are co-located within same venue/area*)  Includes additional/second ceremony sound system, wireless lapel microphones, onsite assistance for ceremony, and ceremony music or interface to live musicians.

Weekdays (Mon-Thur) $1,350

Includes the above Wedding Ceremony & Reception package PLUS additional assistance with pre-planning your ceremony, additional 30 minutes setup prior to wedding and help coordinating the ceremony on the day of.  (NOT recommended if you have a coordinator or dedicated wedding professional to cover these services.)

  • $200 per hour - Extend any package, in 1/2 hour increments.

Custom Lighting Services

All prices for lighting, A/V and other enhancements are assumed to be in conjunction with DJ Packages.  See below for "Lighting Only" prices.

Uplighting Packages

Uplighting Standard, Single Color

  • $300 - Add elegant and eye-pleasing uplighting to your room or event center.  Lighting shed up walls, columns or spotted onto a specific area will bring a beautiful and stimulating feel to your event - all to make it better!  $25 each additional fixture.  Learn More about Uplighting

Uplighting "PLUS"

  • Starting at $500 -  Highly customize your uplighting experience by synchronizing lights together and computer programming their effects. Final price depends on complexity. Click to Learn More about Uplighting

Wash Lighting / Light Trees

Gobo Monogram Projection

All gobo monogram projection packages include Design Services at no charge.

  • $350 - Monogram / Gobo.   Project your name/date/message, or company logo, relevant information or just about anything onto the dance floor, on a screen, or up against a wall.  Includes Design Services.
  • $500  - Monogram "PLUS" Projection - Includes creation of Dynamic Monogram and  Projection Equipment to display.  All services, setup/breakdown included when combined with DJ Package

Delivery, Setup & Pickup (Lighting Only Packages)

Additional Delivery, Setup and Pickup charges will likely apply for events requiring lighting or similar services only, without DJ packages. These range between $75 - $250 depending on quantity and complexity of arrangement.  Most standard Uplighting and Gobo/Monogram systems are in the $100-150 range.

Dancefloor Lighting System

  • Upgraded Dance Floor Lighting System
    $200-1,000 - If you would like enhanced dance floor lighting for special effects it is highly recommended that the lighting system be upgraded to include additional fixtures, intelligent club style lighting, etc.

Audio Options

Remote Wireless Speaker(s)

  • $100 for one (1), $150 for two (2) - Additional, full wireless speaker systems for that additional sound reinforcement for large or obscure rooms or in a secondary area, foyer, outdoor patio, etc.  Perfect for small / medium parties.  Larger events may require 2 or more speaker systems.

Second Sound System

  • $150 - An additional Pro Audio PA sound system + Custom Music for second area of sound – typical for larger cocktail hours, additional rooms of music, special shows, etc.

Upgraded Sound System / Subwoofer units

  • $200-500 - All packages come with a professional stage sound systems designed for weddings and corporate events.  In order to ensure a quality sound environment for you and your guests for large parties (>200 people,) it is required to reinforce the sound system with additional components.  For parties larger than 400 people, a custom quote must be provided.

Corporate & Private Party DJ Prices

Corporate or Private Party/MC Package
This 4 hour package is ideal for the majority of holiday parties and corporate events.  It assumes about two hours of cocktail hour and dinner segments, followed by two hours of dancing, and MC'ing activities and other related activities.

Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $1,000
Weekdays (Mon-Thur) $800

Outdoor Parties & Picnics (Daytime, ending by 4pm)
This 4 hour package is ideal for the majority of outdoor picnics, parties or outdoor public events.  Included are main sound systems, wireless & qty 3 wired microphones (perfect for bands) and giveaways, announcements, etc.

Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $800
Weekdays (Mon-Thur) $$600

Video Projection & Slide Show Services

Video Show Production
Video picture slide show with captions, titles and transitions all set to music.  Keepsake DVD's (x3) included.

  • $250 - Video Slide Show - Includes up to 100 pictures, 3-4 Groups, Titles & Credits, 3 Keepsake DVDs

  • $10ea - Additional DVDs Pieces (Multiple Qty Discounts Available)

Video Projection System (During Wedding or Event)
A high resolution video projector for your slide show, presentation or other media event. Includes equipment Rental, Setup/Breakdown, Interface with main sound system and Operation during the show.

  • $200   Hi-Resolution, 3000 Lumens DLP projection system + PC Computer or DVD Player + Operation Services

  • $100    Nine (9) foot Fast Fold Screen (For <250 people)

  • $200    Eleven (11) foot Large Projection Screen (For 250-400 people)

* These prices are based on displaying the video show during the reception, wedding or party and integrated into my main sound system.

Video Slide Show Package

  • $500 - Receive all of above (Show Production + Projector + 9' Screen) ($50 Off)

* The Fine Print (Well not fine, but nothing secret here)

Some of those other things:

  • ** Minimum packages of $1,750 do apply for Saturday weddings between April and October.  If your wedding is on a Saturday and only requiring reception only services, please plan on some nice upgrades and enhancements to meet the minimum package.
  • Holiday and Special weekends generally are priced at a higher rate.
  • Pricing depends on type of function, day of week, time of day, and type of services offered.
  • If ceremony and reception are in split locations, additional charges will apply, typically between $100 and $150 depending on the details.
  • Non-Weekend events (Mon-Thur) are generally at a lower rate.
  • Surcharges applicable for travel beyond 30 miles one-way
  • Prices subject to change.
  • Taxes are already included in the pricing.
  • I will never, ever apply hidden charges or otherwise, and all pricing and costs are fully disclosed in the contract, up front.
